Alumni Business Spotlight: Jerese Isaac, HR Leader and Author

From building friendships at the St. Croix Educational Complex to establishing a career in Human Resources, HR Technology, and Operational Strategy, Jerese has always embraced growth, transformation, and innovation. A proud alum of the Academic program at the St. Croix Educational Complex, Jerese’s journey has evolved from corporate leadership to thought leadership, storytelling, and now authorship.
A Career Rooted in Impact
With a career spanning both the public and private sectors, Jerese has led complex HR transformations, sat on industry panels, and spoken at conferences about workforce innovation and leadership development. Yet, amidst a thriving professional journey, she discovered a new passion: storytelling. Co-authoring a children’s book, “Julien’s Great Adventures: The Step to Third Grade” (available on Amazon), alongside her son, marked the beginning of an exciting literary journey. Now, Jerese is working on a deeply introspective novel, “Me in the Third Person,” which explores identity, resilience, and personal growth through a thought-provoking narrative.

Advice for Today’s Students
“You are not too young to make a difference. The ‘right time’ doesn’t exist-start now. Dream bigger, push harder, and don’t let where you come from limit where you can go. The world is much bigger than what’s in front of you right now.”
